    The Prince Albert Suite

    The Empress Hotel is perfect for hosting meetings with up to 180 delegates

    We can offer comfortable meeting space to suit all your needs in our 2 main rooms and 1 new smaller room plus many breakout areas. Our Prince Albert Suite can hold up to 180 delegates (theatre style) in air conditioned comfort, and the Connaught Room is an alternative space for 60 delegates, plus the new Promenade Room holding upto 14 delegates in a boardroom layout..

    The hotel offers comprehensive delegate packages, which have been created to provide a complete organisers solution for your event. Alternatively the conference and meeting room facilities are available on a room hire basis. These facilities are complemented by excellent accommodation and food and beverage service.

    The Connaught Suite

    The Connaught Suite is ideal for 15-20 delegates or small private dinners up to 46 guests.

    Your Conference Manager will look after your event from your initial enquiry right through to meeting you on the day to reconfirm your requirements.

    For every event, a detailed schedule indicating timings, the layout of the room, delegate numbers and costings including your billing requirements, will be provided. Your meeting room together with any pre-ordered additional equipment, will be checked and ready prior to your scheduled conference start time.

    If you are working to a tight budget, still please get in touch as we might have deals on certain dates too!

    Promenade Room

    Our new ground floor meeting room – The Promenade Room – is located near the new accessible entrance from the Promenade and offers a small lockable room that can hold up to 14 delegates in a boardroom layout.

    The room comes equipped with a 50″ TV for use with a laptop for presentations and has ample room for refreshments at the side of the room including a tea and coffee station and snacks like bacon sandwiches, biscuits or afternoon cakes.

    Rates can be based on the day or 24 hr delegate rate for over 8 guests, but we can also offer a room hire rate for up to 4 hours (1/2 day) to a full day hire with all refreshments charged as taken. Rates vary based on the day of the week and time of year, so please enquire for availability or should you need more details.

    Day delegates package

    Day delegates packages start from £35.00 per delegate for larger meetings over 40 delegates and from £42.00 for smaller numbers (minimum of 8 delegates) and can include:

    Breakfast Baps on arrival (£3.95 extra per person)
    Unlimited Tea and Coffee throughout the day
    Mid-morning pastries
    A choice of lunch options:- Finger buffet lunch, restaurant hot & cold sit down buffet lunch or working finger buffet lunch in the meeting room
    Afternoon Treat, such as homemade scones or smoothies

    Hire of main meeting room

    24 hour delegate package

    24 Hour Delegate Packages start from £105 in the Winter
    & £145.00 in the Summer per delegate and include:

    Three Course Meal in our Brasserie Restaurant
    Overnight accommodation in an en suite bedroom
    Breakfast, including full Manx breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit & much more
