Dear Bride & Groom

Thank you for your enquiry with the Empress Hotel for our Inclusive wedding details, and offer you both good wishes for the future.

The Prince Albert Suite can accommodate up to 180 persons and has air conditioning and the smaller Connaught Suite 60 seating has natural day light and air conditioning.

We pride ourselves on offering personal attention to detail and you will have the one of our banqueting managers with you from the time you enter the hotel until the last guest departs.

Our resident DJ Mark Cowin is well known on the island and has been with the Empress for several years, he offers all types of music and will do his best to play what you want during your day.

Our Pianist will play the Grand Piano in the Piano Bar when your guests arrive, then will play background music on the Keyboard during the meal ending at the start of the dessert course.

We have for the new Wedding Season, our fully inclusive packages and I trust that you will find them both helpful and interesting.

The Empress Hotel is also approved for Civil Marriages & Civil Partnerships details on request.

Terms of Booking

To make a booking a non refundable deposit of £500.00 is required, with the full balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the Reception, along with the final numbers.

Cancellation of a wedding will result in the following charges.

From : 6 Months 50% / From 8 weeks 75% / From 4 weeks 100%

The above charges will be made on the estimated numbers given at the time of booking.
